Talwrn Glas Holiday Cottage
Croeso / Welcome to Talwrn Glas, a recently completed, comfortable 3 bedroom self-catering property with views of the Clwydian Range, the Dee Estuary and beyond.
The cottage is part of a traditional Welsh longhouse that dates from the 18th century, with the Roberts family being the eighth generation of occupants.
Located in a peaceful setting, accessed by a farm track, it provides the perfect retreat with opportunities to explore the nearby cities of Chester and Liverpool, as well as the market towns of Mold, Llangollen and Ruthin.
It is an excellent base for walking, mountain biking, horse riding and fishing. A wealth of wildlife can be viewed in the fields around the house.
Talwrn Glas is a Welsh name that translates to 'pleasant verdant place'. The farm holding reflects the traditional Welsh rural landscape with stonewalls, stone gateposts and trees.
